Depending on location most personal customers pay a fixed price of £66.00 inc. vat for the collection, repair and return of their computer system. Occasionally faulty parts may need replacing in which case we would give you a call prior to carrying out any further work. A charge of up to 50% will be made for calls which are cancelled by the customer, this is to cover our own costs for collection, delivery and insurance. Customers who have not used their full quota of calls within a 12 month period may be offered a reduced rate for the following year.
